When a person dies and leaves assets, the executor of the deceased person’s Will or, if there is no Will, the deceased person’s next of kin, has to deal with the deceased person’s assets and debts.  Dealing with a deceased estate can be a complex and stressful process for the family and executors of the deceased.  We assist you to navigate this process with clarity and ease in accordance with the relevant laws.

We advise you on whether you need a grant of Probate or Letters of Administration before the assets of the deceased person can be dealt with.  Once this is determined, we manage the Supreme Court application process (if required) for you and we guide you through the administration of the estate.
